Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development & Customization:
   • Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
   • Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including workflows, process builders, and custom objects.
2. Integration:
   • Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or native tools like Salesforce Connect.
3. System Maintenance:
   • Ensure data integrity and security through the implementation of best practices.
   • Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades, including version updates.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality solutions through testing and debugging.
5. Documentation & Training:
   • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
   • Provide support and training to end-users as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I or II (preferred).
• Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD for Salesforce is a plus).
