Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician with 3 to 5 experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical Revit models for RC/Steel Structures, 2D drawings extraction and reinforcement detailing in Revit. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD along with a strong understanding of engineering principles and construction practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modeling: Develop Revit models for the Substation site for various components. Focusing on creating and maintaining 3D models, generating construction documents, and ensuring accuracy and consistency. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all drawings and models. Ensure all versions are stored and archived correctly.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in BIM technology and continuously improve technical skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience as an BIM Engineer/Technician, with specific expertise in 3D modeling of buildings (both steel and RCC) using Revit software. Experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is an added advantage.
